Many of our wedding clients begin their event with a social hour where they offer a selection 2-4 tapas and/or our graze board followed by a salad course and paella. Paella is an incredible celebration food. It is very flavorful, allergen friendly (gluten, dairy, and nut free) and loved by everyone. Although we are unable to offer complete bar service, we offer a selection of agua frescas (infused fruit waters) that are light, flavorful and refreshing that can be offered as a N/A or spiked with champagne or a spirit of your choice.
Check out our Wedding Catering Menu HERE. When you are considering tapas we recommend ordering 2-4 different items for 80% of the total guest count per item.If only a graze board is offered, it should be ordered for 90% of the total guest count. If a graze board is offered in addition to the tapas, we recommend ordering it for 60% of the total guest count.
